Talha Rehmani is a man of immense passion - passion for his God and passion for his country. He has carried this passion in the core of his heart from his youth. Always striving to do better than his best, he is his own greatest competitor - excelling in all of his endeavors to become the most beneficial servant to his God and to his country.
Mr. Rehmani’s efforts are extraordinary and his courage undaunted both of which are guided by his precise purpose and his definite direction.
He states his purpose and direction quite humbly in his following goal: “…to serve my people in every possible field - to strengthen my nation and to prove to the rest of the world that Pakistan is not the Vanilla State but the Breeding Land of Humanists.”
In spring 2009, he received the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship for one semester at the undergraduate level sponsored by the U.S. Department of State for attendance at Southern Maine Community College in South Portland, Maine, USA. This Scholarship was in recognition of his merit in the study of Electronics Engineering in all of Pakistan. This gave acknowledgement of his potential to make most impressionable impact with the will to attain the world peace by promoting the multi-cultural understanding. For Mr. Rehmani, this was an opportunity to discover new strengths and abilities, conquer new challenges and to solve new problems.
While attending college in America, he proved himself as an exemplary student. He carried five subjects, receiving an impressive GPA of 4.0. His extracurricular accomplishments included writing a number of technical and educational papers, i.e. “Is Iraq another Vietnam”, “Search for the God”, and “Green Energy”.
He gives a very thought provoking presentation titled ‘The Stranger” based on his experiences in USA. Today, he is with me and I will take him to Al-Ghazali College, Bhara Kahu, Islamabad, where he will give his talk at 7:30pm.
Dear Abid, Sahib,

God has blessed our nation a great Youth which is 63% of our population. Its a great blessing provided it is trained, motivated and directed towards positive goals. It may be termed as Demographic Dividend … the profit in terms of demographic. This youth is consisted of young with age range from 19 to 27 years old. Evidence shows that Malaysia had same blend of demographic back in 1971 to 1977 and got most out of that to become Asian Tiger. May Allah help us to realize this great potential and to use it to make our homeland an abode of happiness.
By the grace of Allah Subhanuhu Wa’tala, and due to the collective team effort of Positive Pakistan Foundation, 1st Young Leaders Summit has become a success story. Not only 200 talented youth, but also elite and intelligentsia of society participated in this summit. The patron-in-chief of the summit, Senator (R) Akram Zaki also visited Faisalabad to join this summit.
Today, in his talk at Chenab Forum Faisalabad, Mr. Akram Zaki said these beautiful words, ‘The state and officials should take care of the need of the masses and not the greed of the bosses.

We are not responsible for change or result. We are only responsible for efforts. Change or results are in the hands of God. What we are required to do is to keep on struggling, keep on moving and not to be discouraged by adversities and problems. Be not afraid of moving slowly, be afraid only of standing still.

A warning to the doom merchants - Pakistan will not bow down.
For decades they’ve talked about how Pakistan is on the verge of collapse, a failed state, better off chopped into four smaller countries. Ever since the nation’s birth our enemies have steadfastly worked overtime to reverse the miracle of Pakistan.
Pakistanis are arguably among the most resilient people in the history of this earth. No other nation can soak up as much pressures that Pakistan has in recent years.
We’ve fought wars, brought superpowers down on our doorstep, faced internal strife and terrorist attacks, faced monumental refugee crisis, earthquakes, floods, and have been labelled terrorists. However, each time we’ve dusted ourselves off and moved on with a solid determination and the steely resolve that makes us ‘Pakistanis’.
The next time someone tells you Pakistan’s about to fall to the Taliban or end up carved into four pieces, you can tell them to zip it. There is no power on earth that can undo Pakistan. It has come to stay. We swear, vow and resolve …
